From the beginning in Quebec City in 2002, Yuzu Sushi totally changed the city’s gastronomic scene with its innovative culinary creations. The enterprise was rapidly well known by the “sushi lovers”, hence the emergence of a new concept, just as promising: Yuzu sushi franchises.
The year of 2005 marked the beginning of the rapid expansion of the company that now has nearly 70 locations all around Quebec and New Brunswick.
Constantly renewing its menus while paying careful attention to the quality and freshness of its products, Yuzu ensures that it continuously meet the needs of its customers by offering tasting/interesting promotions.

Turnkey franchising
Your franchise fee entitles you to complete, end-to-end turnkey service. Yuzu sushi’s highly capable team will support you in your efforts to find a suitable location, start-up financing, project management, training, recruitment, etc.
Two weeks of theoretical and practical training are included. Our team will also provide on-site support for your franchise’s first two weeks of operation. We continue to assist our franchisees once their store is open, helping them closely monitor their expenses, refine kitchen techniques, and more.
