WHO WE ARE

The vision of creating an upscale diner with a twist originated from Ewing’s scratch kitchen, where everything is made in-house. Think homemade hollandaise, freshly squeezed juices, truffle lemon potatoes and ketchup to name a few. With Ewing’s direction, Yolks aims to uphold its prominence of being a breakfast destination for diners alike to enjoy classic breakfast staples in a fresh, bold, and innovative way. Primed for growth Chef Steve Ewing and business partner Christoph Barrow partnered with industry experts Happy Belly Food Group who specialize in restaurant development and real estate.
