Training & support
As part of the franchise program, terra20 offers an online training program to fast track your knowledge and guide you on your journey to success. Training will include sessions on business management, marketing and community outreach, as well as product knowledge. The onboarding process will require you to train in-store prior to opening your location. An emphasis on store operations procedures is provided to help guide day-to-day store activities.
Ongoing support after opening is also provided to assist you in marketing your new business, including targeted monthly email campaigns to your customer base to drive growth. Also, continued support with procurement of your product assortment is included.
